I have over 20 years of experience in the jewellery and diamond industry, working across sales, operations, management, exhibitions, logistics, and client advisory.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen how often clients:

• feel pressured by sales language

• don’t fully understand what they’re buying

• regret decisions made without clear information

Gem Decode was created to change that.

I work independently and without commission, so my advice is always focused on your needs & wants, not on selling a product. Whether you are buying a piece, learning about jewellery, or seeking guidance, my role is to help you understand first, decide second.

However, we believe that at certain stages of life, people can feel like rough stones. This does not mean they lack worth—it simply means their brilliance has not yet been revealed.

This belief is the true meaning behind Gem Decode. Beyond teaching about gems and jewellery, Gem Decode represents the process of uncovering hidden value. In the world of gems, beauty is revealed through understanding, patience, and careful decoding. In life, we believe the same principle applies to people.

This is why Decode@GemDecode was created as a sub-brand of Gem Decode.
